Can't believe this is the same ride that chopped off that girl's legs! It didn't happen here [in Houston], it happened after the ride was relocated to six flags in Louisville, Kentucky. Imagine that! Google it!

soccerbuf: It sure was the same type of ride. This was my favorite too. I don't think the accident on the one in Kentucky happened because of a manufacturing defect though... it functioned just fine for 12 years. It was because the cables hadn't been changed often enough (or at all) and were rusted through.
