In my opinion, King's Castle, Underworld, Canals, and Orbital Outpost are the most nostalgic dungeons.

I think anything below volcanic chambers is nostalgic cause certain dungeons I like but feel like I will never get the opportunity to do them again the way that I used to :( I even got level 150 before volcanic chambers came out and it’s why orbital outpost feels nostalgic for me same with my first legendary drop was there but my first purple collectable was canals so some more then others I just wish dq was how it used to be

Na desert temple and winter outpost and pirate Island will always be the most nostalgic. Dt and wo were the only 2 maps when i started playing and pirate Island was the first map added with just 2 difficulties and 3 bosses.

@@shavemyballs8273 all dungeons are a reskin but the dungeons that actually felt something new was desert temple cuz first one, winter outpost because you get introduced ranged attacks and a boss that has range attacks and can spawn things, pirate island cuz of first dungeon multiple bosses in 1 dungeon and also first one with only 2 difficulties and boss teleportation, kings castle cuz if new attacks and faster attacks from bosses and new mob which is faster than normal ones but attacks are slower, underworld cuz of new attacks and only map with minibosses, samurai because of first map with speedspells and new attacks and boss raids because it was something new.

That’s true I mean like, the old dungeon quest was the best with button that were easy to understand and many KZbinrs playing the game. I started playing dungeon quest when the last island was pirate island. I will never forgot the old dungeon quest. I used to play this game back then with my best friend. I remember us always being upset at desert temple when we had to go the other way around because the other one was blocked. We even had promised to each other, not to play without each other. I remember having a lot of fun. Now, he doesn't play it anymore. Every time I play this game, I miss the old times and it just doesn't feel the same anymore.

I think I know the reason for this, popularity, you seen when a game gets popular then devs are gonna have to add a few mechanics so players won’t get bored, but the longer people play, the more mechanics are needed to be added so players won’t be bored, eventually you need to add more maps for those that already beat all the dungeons to keep them playing, the worst part about games is when they get popular then the devs will want to try anything to keep their players in the game, take COD for example, when people play it for a while they gonna get bored of the same thing, so Activison has to add something like a weapon or map to keep people playing, otherwise people will get bored and leave and soon the game would be dead, so they have to add weapons, maps or skins just to keep people playing, even if the map sucks or weapons are broken then people will continue playing since there is a instant in their brain to explore everything in the game, hope this helps y’all understand
