@@honeycomblord9384to be fair the book does have some popular presets and one of them is "item rack" display that matches tripwire hooks as well as on/in floor/leaning against wall. So it can be quite easy and very quick to setup some of the basic details using the armorstand book. Even so, once you get a good grasp on the movement system then more advanced creations become much easier to build. It's really all about getting past that hump in the learning curve, after that your imagination and build height are your only limits... xD

This might be strange, but I love seeing you have to improvise solutions to things like the weird ceiling height from the floor above, or the servant quarters wall being the same as the outside. It's easy to go into these builds with a big Plan in your head, but especially in something built like this in bits and pieces, that kind of improvising and compromising is important, and it's something I always struggle with (getting to an It's Fine Enough point). It would be funny if you put villagers in your prison cells. You had said before that you might have stone masons or other villagers for your shop. So maybe your prison and servants quarters can be a literal prison and servants quarters to house your trading hall. You can put carpets in the opening to the jail cell and because it is not a full 2 blocks tall then the villagers cannot escape. You can hide their work stations beneath the carpets to retain the prison vibes. You can also use the carpet trick in the doors to the servants quarters. A fun fact about medieval bathrooms in castles is that the Latrine was often in a small circular tower hanging off the side of the keep. it had a hole underneath the wooden box people sat on to urinate and defecate. The faeces and urine would fall onto the side of the castle walls. (You could replicate this by having mud or soul soil beneath the latrine) Then whichever peasant or person whose job it was to have Latrine duty would literally have to scrape the faeces off the walls. It was a very unpleasant job. The bathtub would usually be in a separate room or tower.
