A very clear explanation and effective, illustrative examples! I’ve been struggling to figure out how to conceptualise and structure villains and their plots, and this tool seems like the salve to my ailment! good video. Found it kinda amusing how much your front ended up sounding like GoT. A dark and looming external threat waiting to break through, and the internal struggles and chaos making it harder to deal with the external threat.

Thanks! I naturally favor a lower level of fantasy in my plot designs. With Dungeon World being a bit more bombastic, the examples I chose did kind of fall into that line. The funny thing is I never actually watched or read GoT!
