Good grief your crew of people are so cool. I know the guys off screen are putting in a lot of effort to make these episodes flow, so I want to say thank you to them especially for making it happen. But also, you guys are just such a joy to listen to while I’m at work. It’s nice to see a realistic rendition of D&D instead of over glamorized made for TV movie. He shld have swept the lightning pole arm across the trolls severed neck using the lightning to burn the skin and seal it shut and stabned the severed head instead of kicking it

@@Keith-es2xf It only works with fire and acid. Even though lightning should, it doesn't work. Also you can only use a lightning javelin once per day. When it's used it's just a +1 Javelin.

This is SO good. Monty you are such a. Fantastic DM. All the groups with differing motives. The characters backstories weaved into the story. River being impressed with the party getting into the city and the players reactions Jill, Kelly and Joe all were so happy. amazing work all.

you all forget to mention the umberhulk in your list of things that you've killed. It's got 'hulk' in it's name! rat queen and her guards, gnolls, thieves, more thieves, harpies, gelatinous cube, umberhulk, trolls, oscar's apprentice... and... and... new moma-crow's dinner!

This plot twist is insane! Actions have consequences. The party spares the Rat Prince and continues to impress by killing the beast of the sewers (messengers of the rat god). Rat prince makes good on bargain to haul out the core. Throw in a couple trolls and a rival. Lets have fun.

(Spoilers) So... Pluto actually bests Jupiter by defeating his troll without much stress, while Jupiter gets wiped by his. Veo has to bail him out. Sebastian utterly humiliates Lemmington by webbing him and leaving him smelling quite horribly before utterly roasting the troll Jupiter was supposed to kill. AND the party gets gold and hunks of delirium, while getting the genius idea to utilize the Ratlings to create a direct tunnel from the city to Emberwood village. And though they didn't complete the mission River expected of them, they now have another step forward -- to the Queen's Park Garden to help develop a haze-resistant formula. This was a good episode for the team. I'm looking forward to seeing this play out.

I came to these Gaming sessions after seeing the Drakkenheim kickstarter. I was intrigued to know more and found that I really, really enjoy their play style. Ya so now I'm hooked. I will be ordering Drakkenheim. I hope it will include some maps of those sewers. Also, I'd hope to learn more about tactical map pack.

I used to be part of the cast of Sombras da Guerra. A campaing lv1-lv20, streamed by my friend Gruntartv. I´ve never quite understood how we used to get over 1k people wachting us live, week after week, year after year. Pluto has an intelligence score of 10. More often than not, he comes across as if he has a score of 5 (at best), but sometimes he comes up with genius ideas 😅 I love this campaign so much. This should be made into a movie!!

Already recognized octarine from Terry Pratchett's Diskworld , but now, with Pluto saying he's just a tourist there for sightseeing, the characters finally click... Sebastian as Rincewind, mage thrown out of magic school, Pluto as Twoflower, rich tourist from a foreign land drawing pictures in his monster hunter journal and disliked by his own people, and Veo as The Chest, neigh invulnerable walking killing machine, eating everything she sees, and resistant to magic.

Only 2 more episodes and I'll be caught up! I'm hoping, if not already happening in the next 2 episodes, that the clock tower gets marked on the map since it's their base in the city. I am glad previous missions (Rat's Nest and the manor) are marked. I'm guessing that once caught up I'll be waiting for a bit for the next episode with the holidays and all coming up but I'm excited I should be live next broadcast! ^.^ On a side note: The fact you guys are so great at actually communicating with everyone so well here, and you mentioning about paetron communications, you have me thinking I might, for the first time ever, subscribe in some form. You’re right. I probably should have asked. River was an NPC that Monty took right out of my backstory, she and I were in mages school together, I got kicked out, she stayed. Maybe she knows something, but if I didn’t know anything while I was there, why would she? My mom apparently was there before i was born. River and I are the same age. I’ll ask her, just to be safe, when we get beers in emberwood village. I’m more interested in questioning my mentor who River said is in emberwood village now, and maybe my Dad- Kelly (Sebastian)
