This table arrived well packaged and on time. kzbin.infoUgkxn94T8Mu1iMnsLCMNOI9srXSsLkI4JXKW Like another reviewer advised, I pulled everything out and made sure everything was included (everything was!). I built it alone and it took me about an hour. The color is great and for the price the lift part works well. As others have mentioned, it’s not the smoothest opening/closing, but it works. The screws do show, but I plan to order white sticker covers if that bothers us too much. Really happy with this table! UPDATE: it’s been over a year since we got this coffee table and we still love it! It gets HEAVY use as our dining table, foot rest, and school desk. Over time, the opening and closing mechanism has gotten smoother. I added a new photo with the white screw cover stickers. They blend in perfectly and make it look a little cleaner. 100% recommend!!!

Interesting design but those miters using just glue and a couple brads will fail. Adding a spline would make it a much stronger joint IMHO.

Eu faria o tampo de vidro um pouco maior e a mesa mais alta para sentar ao redor da mesa confortavelmente e as madeiras não baterem nas pernas. Muito bom. Hug from Brasil

Hola soy carpintero tengo 50años y mi padre me enseñó este oficio por mi aguelo pero lo primero que debes de aprender al haser un mueble son las desventajas que vas a ocasionarle al cliente estás usando clavadora y sin resistoly la cubierta con vidrio está mal puesta la pegaste con silicón y no está cargando las esquinas dónde un a persona se apoye se va a safar debiste de sugetar todo con resistol y pijas avellanadas ocultas para que le dure al cliente toda la vida es bonito tu idea pero hassla bien como San José trabajaba con cola y martillo y clavos no con pistolita de alfileres todo a lo fácil ponle corazón a tu trabajo es un consejo que te doy amigo Felipe hdz Saltillo Coahuila México grasias

Looks really nice. However, one will have to carefully when placing a book or magazine on one of the lower levels, else it would just fall down. Did I miss a step where there is glass on lower levels as well?

its a coffee table, the bottom planks are just decoration, though you could add a metal inlay or glass to make them usable shelves, but the problem would be reaching them.
