I love watching Pogba play. He is a master of his craft. He keeps defenses off balance with his passing becuase his vision and execution are seocnd to none. He makes unpredicatble, dififcult passes look routine. What an awesome player. You have to watch Francesco Totti master of backheel. He is the goat of passing. You should also check out Berbatov, the man with pillows for feet.

He plays very well for his National team France, probably because he is the happiest on that team, so it shows in his play. Very gifted player, on his day he's one of the best midfielders in the world but he's been very inconsistent throughout his career, imo he would've had the potential to become one of the greatest midfielders ever, unfortunately we never seen him fulfill it. His contract with ManU is running out in the summer though and he still hasn't signed a new one, if he goes to the right team he might still be able to unlock that potential, he's like 27 so he should still have 5+ good years in him.

Also with the likes of vini and mbappe(if he joins) making runs behind. plus benzema’s great understanding of the game would be so good for him but he just can’t stay healthy which is sad. Hopefully he goes somewhere and finds any glimpse from when he was at juventus

What you were saying about the passing on an angle is pretty spot on to, its better to play it into "the channel" (which is either side of the middle of the penalty area), and then you hope to have another runner to square it to across the face of goal. Certain strikers are known for scoring less and running the channels and setting up their teammates. Real Madrid had this perfected during their most recent golden era, Modric or Kroos(similar passers to Pogba) would play it down the channels for Benzema to then square it for Ronaldo to tap it in

As an Englishman, I would enjoy watching your reactions to a David Beckham or Wayne Rooney video. Beckham was a pass master, and was deadly at free kicks. Rooney was predominantly a striker but had a lot more to his game than scoring goals. Both players had stints in the MLS towards the end of their careers too, so you may be familiar with them.

A thing about the positions, they are only a rough guide to where each player needs to be on the pitch, but the team still moves together as one and presses in certain directions based on where the ball is on the pitch, so if the opposite team is moving closer your goal, the whole team will move back and squeeze together to close the gaps and give the opposition less space, thats why sometimes it looks like there's hella defenders but really its both the defenders and midfielders back defending

He certainly was injured but is in no rush to get back to helping out his team.
