I think this is why many people consider Ronaldo better than Messi. Many players like Zlatan etc have said messi is god given born talent, Ronaldo is like a machine. And that’s the difference between them. Ronaldo pretty much can’t dribble like Messi because of messi’s short frame and low centre of gravity. Of course he’s worked really hard to get the skills he has but genetically he’s built to dribble. Ronaldo has had to work hard and develop things like his jump. He never had that until like the 08 season at united. He all of a sudden started leaping like a high jumper, like in these tests. He sat on the trading pitch and in the gym and at home just jumping every day to get that skill. He’s built himself way more than Messi has. Look at the difference between Ronaldo as a teen playing and Messi when he was a teen. Messi hasn’t really added much. He’s mastered what he already could do to a god like level. Ronaldo has just literally added things like jumping, speed, acceleration, touch, free kicks, shooting with both feet, on and on. Both amazing but Ronaldo is a machine, Messi is a messiah. That’s how I see them both.
