Multiple red cards to the same team does not happen that often to be fair. I've never seen a match where the same team even got 3 red cards and Ive followed Real Madrid for years (Ramos & Pepe duo) 😂😂

Highest I've seen is 3, Morocco u17 vs Nigeria u17 way back in the 2005 u17 world cup when the Moroccans basically lost the plot, learnt of the 5 ma thanks to PES lol

Another penalty rule is the goalkeeper can’t come off the goal line, some keepers step forward while the penalty taker is running up to the ball to get a better chance at saving it, but if the ref sees it the penalty is retaken, sometimes it has helped cuz the taker has scored and then missed on the retake but it can go both ways

@@moz2870 They can retake the pen if there is a player in the box before the penalty taker kicks the ball. Attacking player in the box and penalty miss doesnt cause anything but attacking player in the box and succesful penalty = penalty have to be taken again. If its defending player in the box its just counterwise. So they never punish the team that hasnt broke the rules which makes sense.

the Ref had stop a game in case of 5 red cards cause its gonna be 5 players against 11 ..the football field is too big its impossible to for those five players to cover the hole field

5 players against 11. Don't you mean 6 against 11 or 5 against 10.... You counted the goalie in your scenario for the team that hadnt lost a player, but not for the team that had lost 5 players....

In fact. There is no specific rule as to how many reds can be given in a game. The rule of thumb though is 8 maximum, 4 per team. A ref generally stops the game once a team gets 4 reds. An exception was in 1997 when Plymouth argyle lost 5 men before the game was abandoned, someone else had 5 reds that year as well.

Sometimes it makes a huge difference which goal you select to attack. Though teams switch sides to attack between halves, because it makes a big strategic difference in soccer if you are leading even by 1 goal (you can choose to then "bunker" thereafter making it much more difficult for the other team to tie, while allowing you to extend your lead by counter attacking without taking any risks on your end), if one side of the field is much more advantageous for any reason (such as in the 2015 women world cup when the sun was blinding players facing one side of the field), you would want to start the game in the advantageous side.

Another rule about yellow card: in a local league (Premier League England, La Liga Spain, Serie A Italy, etc.) if a player have 5 yellow card total (1 each from different game) then the player will not be allowed to play in the next game. But in a cup tournament (UEFA Champions League, local cup, FIFA World Cup, etc.) the yellow card will be reset in semi-final, if a player got his fifth yellow card in quarter-final but his team win and through to semi-final, the player still able to play in semi-final because all player that play in semi-final who had yellow card will automatically reset.
