To be honest, I have a mixed answer, What I believe that Money becomes vital to fulfilling all necessities of the employees, Thus money has higher potential to keep an employee engaged for the long term, While other gives more emphasis on job satisfaction, Especially White collar job who perform professional work they give priority to Job satisfaction rather than salary, To illustrate that, An Administrator of a district crucial about their job satisfaction not about a salary. On the other hand, Low profile job like laboring is money-oriented to fulfill their rudimentary need they never ask for comfort. Consequently Job satisfaction and good salary both have their own significance.

Surprises are the best way to express your love as well as put smile on your dear ones' face. However, I also got surprised by both my friends and family on the day when I jumped into adult age... Moving further, the scenario happened three years ago, I was literally shocked when I did not receive any single wish neither from my family nor from my friends. I was in dismay because I was being awaited the whole day for wishes. However in the evening suddenly I received a phone call from my one of friends and I came to know that my brother felt unconscious on the floor in the hotel near by my house. I visited over there in great rush and got surprised while seeing everyone over there and started chanting happy birthday to you. Moreover that particular place decorated stunningly beautiful with balloons.. eventually I would say that was the best surprise I ever had...

Writing practice: Surprises might be something shocking, either left an upset feeling or happily after. Among several memorable surprises, the moment when my closest friends planned to give a birthday gift on my 20th has given me both shocked and ecstatic experience. It was on 2013 when I was living alone on my rented room. No one neighbor nor owner stayed. Therefore, I enjoyed my leisure time by watching a thriller movie. Suddenly, the light turned off and it heard someone knocking at my door. I was scary at first, but I bravely tried to check on the door. Interestingly, I was surprised that my colleagues were preparing candle light birthday cake and sang along the acoustic guitar beautifully. That was an unforgettable surprise of my life!

Surprises make us feel extremely happy because something unexpected out of the blue generates love and connection. One such surprise was given to me by my colleague during my 25th birthday, last year. I was pretty sure that none of my workmates would remember my birthday. We just work, and go home. Who cares about my birthday? But to my astonishment, my co-worker ordered lots of burgers and a birthday cake during the core working hours. She then called me and I was amazed to my last breadth that she remembered. I can never forget this particular surprising moment in my life as I genuinely never thought that people at work also have some emotions towards me. This event holds a special place in my heart.

Although to become a very successful person job+money is important. However, without hardwork life is worthless. I personally believe that we should do job for money because without this we will get not at all. To conclude, for employees money is every thing for then so, we should do hardwork not show laziness.

In the contemporary era, there is a heated argument over the issue that whether people should accept money or satisfaction in their work, while both has playing a pivotal role in our society. I completely agree that job satisfaction is more important than making money. Out of all the opinion the strongest one to prove my view is, job satisfaction will give us a proper way to follow our regular work and it brings motivation to or work. Therefore, this will ultimately leads to our success and dream throughout our hardworking, although, might be expenses will be more in this circumstances. For instance, people who are doing a drug research work in a medical profession would not be looking for money, however their main focus would be getting a desired results for that particular purpose to get published in a journal. Nowadays, a few people think that the most important thing to retain employees is to give money whereas some people also believe employees like to do work when that satisfy. I believe satisfaction is most important thing for a good employees. It is undeniable, that money play crucial role in every workers life because without money it is difficult to sustain in this world. On the other hand, it is hard to ignore that worker will not give their best input in their work if it not satisfy them. Therefore, for retaining employees, taking care of employers whether there work is satisfying or not, is utmost important.

Some people say that good salary plays a crucial role while others believe that being happy at work is important in order to keep workers loyal to a company. According to me, making workers feel satisfied at job plays the crucial role in maintaining them in a company. In general scenario , money is always considered as a contributing factor for satisfaction in life. However when it is compared with job satisfaction, it stands out to be of less importance. A persin should always do a job of his interest , if not so , then even how much salary he gets, he will never find it sufficient in any case. So , an employee can invest more time when and only if he has job satisfaction.

i believe that surprises are best way to express love to over family and to loved ones. so here i would like to talk about time when i was surprised by my family members on my last birthday. I vividly remember on my 20th birthday when i went back to my home from chandighar and i saw that my family members had planed surprise birthday party for me even my cousins were also there at my home. After entring home firstly they wish me and i was shocked because i had never thought about this surprise. Moreover, they also organised a birthday cake for me and i was very happy at that time since it was my best ever birthday in my life and i will never forget it in my life. So that was a time when i was surprised.
