One day, dark anomalies have suddenly emerged and disrupted the peace in the Cat World. After valiantly battling the anomalies, Angy Catto was promoted to be the Idol Cat Empress. But then she discovered that the anomalies had escaped to the human world and compromised its internet and games. She then embarked on a quest to protect the humans and captivate viewers through streaming to join her empire in the fight against anomalies for the peace of everyone!
