I loved the video 💚 However, I may have included at the very end a photo of what your make-up looked like after 8-hour wear. Sometimes make-up doesn't wear well after a few hours, so seeing what it looked like at the end of the day would have been a good finale 🍀 Just my humble suggestion 💛

Luckricket - Morgan isn't Korean- she's as American as apple pie ❤ She was born in the US and like many Americans (myself included), she is multi-racial. Morgan is half White, half Asian. I rewatched the 0:20 mark you pointed out and she was referring to beauty products- not people, cultures, or ethnicities. She was not being disrespectful. But there are over 1,000,000 other You Tube channels to watch so if one doesn't suit you well, there's a huge selection by which to choose from. Good luck to you 🍀

You actually may think that the size of the Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder is too small but that thing took me like 6 months to finish it and I used to retouch a lot when I was using it. I'm not sure about the Etude House primer since I have never use it, but the powder is totally worth it.

Could you do a video on foundation cushions that have shades darker than 23? I love watching cushion reviews, but I know most of them don’t cater to my medium skin tone :(
@mindyp72567 жыл бұрын
You probably know this already but Innisfree just launched in the US and has 14 shades! The darkest looks pretty dark according to their video so you can probably find something your shade (but they still need to work on getting more dark shades).

The Natasha Denona side is way more pigmented. Not that I'm gonna spend money on that, but it is what it is. I learn about breakdown of pricing and comparison with other eyeshadows from other brands from Stephanie Nicole's channel. It was actually not that bad. I think the brand is more for professionals, or anyone who can afford it. Personally, I prefer to pick the Makeup Revolution Soph X palette. Nicer on my budget 😜

Just wanted to note that many of the brands and products most people think of when they hear "K-beauty" here in the states are products that are considered not high end in Korea, even considered "low end" (ex. Innisfree, Nature Republic, Faceshop, Tony Moly, Etude House, etc.). There are actual high end products in Korea that are quite pricey, comparable to the pricey brands here. But I will say that your low-mid end cosmetics brand in Korea tends to offer more value for money, from my personal experience. That said, I prefer Western brands for eyeshadows because they tend to have more pigmentation. People in Korea tend to prefer more subtle looks so the eyeshadows there tend to be less pigmented.

The Natasha denona shadows blended much better than the Etude house one. The Balm bronzer also blended better. High end highlighter was more seem less, the Korean one left a bit texture on the skin which I HATE. The primers are both good. Tried them, the foundations are both good too! The high end blush was more pigmented. Love your videos btw. 😘

Girl! I think the biggest difference was the Foundation! I don't know how it looks in real life but on camera the etude house is so much better, it seems to have higher coverage, it's a little bit thicker so I bet it lasts more, since the estee lauder its lighter it may absorb quicker by the skin plus... the etude house matches exactly your skin color! Wow it looks so natural girl! You should use that the whole time haha thanks for all Morgan! :D

For base make up, I definitely choose korean cosmetics. I love clio, hera and lioele. They're very long lasting and high coverage, even on super hot humid weather. I just find some sticky and cakey if not set properly. For setting and priming, I use western brands. The Banila Co primer did not work for me :( Hera black = ysl dupe

Rimmel has 2 gold eyeshadows in a palette. A lot cheaper then laneige 4 eye shadow palette with gold. Etude house mascara fixer cheaper then clarins with better ingredients not harsh. A korean eyeliner brush go to korea depart with a lid a lot cheaper then shu umeura. Quality et performance is key winner. The face shop lipstick with shea butter alot cheaper than nars lipstick. Rimmel et loreal paris nude eye shadow palette cheaper then urban decay nude. Also useful for work.

I use mostly korean make up products and my skin is super oily. I have used MUFE HD powder and Innisfree which I bought before MUFE. With the same make up routine, Innisfree loose powder started shinningfrom oil and creasing in about 2 hours while MUFE stayed as it was for more than 6 hours and a little oily shine on my nose. The Innisfree product is unused since after 3-4 uses while I try to save money for a new MUFE HD powder because it is almost gone. Can you tell me if you have found another powder korean product with lasting effect for oily skin?

Just letting you know price difference is because of hourly rate in korea and America is different. And also importing fee is much higher in America. Lots of brand on usa are actually from Europe especially Sephora co. Is part of Louise vuitton co group. And also anything imported to usa is three time expensive than buying in korea . However i noticed korean brand or american brand depends on ingredients i get breakout even i am 40 years old age skin. You are so lucky to have great pretty skin .

Etude House may be cheaper, but the ND gives you way more product. With Natasha Denona Palettes, it’s almost like buying 15 ABH single shadows (all in one palette though)
@rinas19317 жыл бұрын
Miyako Fujisaki For that price I could buy here in Korea 3 different kind of palettes from 3 differents brands with 3 different styles and they would give me way more product, combination options as well as styles than the ones from ND 😂😂
@ashablue786 жыл бұрын
but realistically how much of it would a person go through?
@anneochoa10866 жыл бұрын
While it's true that ND has more amount of product, I guess anyone won't be able to hit pan on all of them (unless if that person is a make-up artist). Personally, I prefer my eyeshadow pans to have less amount because I don't use eyeshadow everyday, and it would be a waste if I won't be able to use it entirely.
