This looks like it would be good for renewing the plastic around the offroad lights up top, too

Thank you for your Video about the Bed Armor, I have just sprayed the front grille and side mirrors on my Landcruiser 80 Series. It looks fantastic but i noticed how soft it was on a test piece after 2 days. I was a bit concerned but after seeing your video i fear no more. Thanks !...Glen, South Australia.

Have you done a Liberty heater core repair dash dismantling
@RockyXTV6 жыл бұрын
I have yet to do that, key word "YET" The Liberty has 200K on it so it might be an upcoming repair. Sorry I couldn't be of any help right now though. Thanks for watching!

Jesse McDonald hey bud I’ve had to do the notorious blend door repair on my 03 renegade and it simply SUCKS!! In total it took me the better part of a Saturday to dismantle, 10 minutes to replace the broken door and all Sunday to put back.

I’m holding your front fascia hostage, if you ever want to see it again leave a pizza on the corner of First & Main and remember don’t call the cops or the fascia gets it. Lol

Roughly how much power is your liberty making with the bolt-ons and chip?
@RockyXTV5 жыл бұрын
The Chrysler "PowerTech" 3.7 put out 210HP stock. With the added cat-back exhaust, headers, intake, spacer, chip all added together as a package... I'd say around 235-245HP on 93 octane gas. Others that have rode in it say it feels like more than that, but I'm being conservative I guess. This would definitely be a bigger number if I had a better tune on the computer rather than the preset chip tune. Thanks for watching!

What's the wheel and tire combo I like that a lot and want that for my 05 renegade
@RockyXTV6 жыл бұрын
The wheels are U.S Wheel Crawler with beadlock, and the tires are Interco Super Swamper IROK NK.

@@RockyXTV Thanks how much did it caust for all four of them
@RockyXTV6 жыл бұрын
The 5 wheels and 5 tires were Promo/Sponsor products from Interco Tire and U.S Wheel, so I don't know what the cost would be. I did forget to mention that the wheels have a custom offset, they built these wheels just for this project. You can get the same wheels that will fit, but they will stick out just a little bit. You can check out the video about the wheels and tires here - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGbInaKgi69geaM

Was looking into plasti dip as the front bumper on my 05 renegade is very faded. I wonder if this would be better??
@RockyXTV6 жыл бұрын
This would be better as a permanent solution where as Plasti-Dip would be temporary. I personally don't use Plasti-Dip as it's not permanent, you can just peel it back off. This is okay if you are just wanting to know what something would look like as a certain color, but not to actually paint or refinish something permanently. This Bed Armour will be a lot more durable than Plasti-Dip as well, this stuff is an actual coating that when applied correctly yields a very tough finish. I'm not bashing Plasti-Dip, I've just never had a real use for it. Thanks for watching!

I used plasty dip on my bumper and and fender and grill and so far it seems to be hloding up good.
@jakeri9396 жыл бұрын
You know how some Liberties came with two-tone? My 06 Limited didn't come like that, so I used plastidip and did it myself. Holding up fine, looks pretty good. I'd recommend it, but you'll have to touch up on it every few months. Try not to overspray
@glennhinatsu11106 жыл бұрын
Hello. I have a 2007 jeep liberty limited. Would you happen to know why my ABS,Traction control light and BAS/ESP lights came on together. I also lost use of my cruise control button on the steering wheel. Are all these related? Could it be a wire or the "clocking spring" behind the steering wheel?
@RockyXTV6 жыл бұрын
This could be your clock spring, but it also sounds like an ABS wire issue. If there is an issue with ABS the vehicle will disable cruise control. I do not have ABS on mt KJ so I can't say for sure, but I would start simple by checking fuses and ABS wires at the wheels. Thanks for watching!

What lift kit did you use for this? I have an 05 Liberty I want to lift but can’t find any for the Renegade trim. She looks awesome!
@RockyXTV5 жыл бұрын
Thanks! To answer your question about what kind of lift... A bad one! It was a 2.5" inch kit from Blitz Auto on Ebay. It has destroyed the entire front suspension in less than 10K miles! The rear is still fine, but I would definitely nor recommend that kit. The front end is only about an inch over stock now... Thanks for watching!
