Which Dupray steam cleaner do you prefer in comparison to the square-looking one called the Neat? Which one does a better job in removing stains, cleaning grout, and removing mold? Can you use either one on the wood floor? If the Tosca was the same price and as the Neat which one would you purchase or if cost was not an issue because you have been saving up for either or which one which of the two do you recommend?

After watching this I subscribed to your channel and did a search for this machine. So, I just found one in excellent condition on ebay, which I got for $500. I'm so excited and cannot wait for it to be delivered. So, thank you so much for this video. I'll let you know how it goes. Side note: I have a shark pro, but it's tank is very small and required distilled water, also, it cracked.

Where would you use the brass brush more as opposed to the nylon? Does the nylon fray after a few uses or does it take awhile?

On strong metals or for industrial uses. Honestly, I never use it. The nylon is strong and good quality. I’ve only had it get bad when I press too hard on a very challenging cleaning job. When I should go over it several times more gently. I get impatient…or it’s that bad (not at my house).

I am interested in the Duprey steam cleaner and so confused on which one to get. I was wondering why did you decide on going from the neat to Tasca when there is several machines in-between. It looks like you use the Neat the most. I have a business that involves dogs and puppies so lot of little messes and have to disinfectant a lot. Please help. Rhonda

Because we loved the look of both. The Tosca is metal. The Neat is just easier and lighter. I don’t think it’s as good for longer and harder jobs but our house is already pretty clean. But if we’re doing a deep clean we get out the Tosca. I have the Home and don’t like it as much as the Tosca and Neat.

I have seen you guys review several steam cleaners. I am in the market for one, but I am concerned the less expensive models just wont be effective enough at both cleaning and sanitizing. Do you think the added cost of these higher end models that deliver higher temp and pressure is worth it; do they clean significantly better than the cheaper models, or is it somewhat comparable to where I could get away with only spending a few hundred, as opposed to a few thousand for a more commercial grade? I am looking for serious cleaning and sanitizing for controlled environments and IPM, as well as for keeping a clean house.

How do you use Tosca to clean aluminum mini blinds?

I'd use the triangle tool with the bonnet. You'd have to shut them and then run the triangle tool down the entire surface of the blinds. Then switch them and run it up.

I just purchased a Tosca and unsure if my pressure reading is correct. I have looked at many videos and not one of them shows the reading with this function. Mine constantly has a reading showing P.074.......I know the max pressure is 72.5psi. Can anybody tell me or take a snap shot of what the pressure reading for complete heat(316F)should look like? Just doesn't seem like P.074 is correct to me.

It's amazing for sure. I would replace a brush but it came with a few so I have back up. I used it on some pretty tough jobs. Honestly though I like the Neat too and use it even more. It weighs less and is easier to clean with. But if I have a big job, I pull out the Tosca. I have a handheld steam cleaner for small jobs. I'm totally addicted.

I like the dupray and getting i have tried lower end models and they dont really please me..i might just buy the Dupray Tosca when it becomes available again..its out of stock..when i said i could afford it..i really meant i dont like to spend money..i like to save money..thanks for the help
