There are several ones. One you can find at the trader. When you come to the trader through the archway, turn right behind it. On the right side there is a hill, separated from the hill forming the archway. When you walk the way straight ahead you can climb that hill after passing the highest point of the way. It looks a little bit as if rubble is there. Just walk and jump up this small triangle formed opening. On top you can build a farm and a base. It doesn't matters what kind of raid is coming the bots can't climb the walls. So this base is absolutely safe. You will see boots on the top of the other hills from time to time. If you stretch out your base onto the hill forming the archway, make sure that the ground it completely build over. That way the bots only spawn at the bottom of the hill, unable to climb it. Most of them you can even shoot from up there as they tend to try always the same spots to climb the hill.
