Well I am not 100% happy and convinced. Reasons given below :- 1. Violation of rights( roaming at night is not a crime) 2. Police Language is not professional and very disrespectful towards the citizen 3. On road with camera asking for - Murga Ban is totally wrong 4. Police are for safety and trust. Not for terror

For the first point, police is well within their rights to stop and check your documents whether or not you're roaming around with a purpose, irrespective of day or night. There are consequences if you refuse to co-operate. That's the system around the world and I have travelled multiple countries to have experienced that.

The Police officer who made the guy to sit as "Murga" that is not the way you do that. If his silencer was not legal than they should have seize the bike and him, there was no need for humiliating him. KPNews...what you are showing that one is wrong, you should be against it. The way the Officer shouting, it shows he had no discipline speaking with the citizen. Being out with a Family or not, if they are letting go a family driven car and if they were carrying illegal things, that means the are letting go whoever is out with a family....and how do they know they are family or they are related. Who is Gupta Bhai, whom the Officer is so afraid?? I don't know if it is a Dry state or not...if it is not a dry state, they are allowed to drink and even if they smell alcohol, if they are not making any trouble, there's no need to ask if they drank or not. I want to see, when they see and try to capturing a VVIP's son, daughter or family. Why at night only, in daylight there are many triple riding, they don't do anything much.
