In this video police were harassing the law student because that law student gave answer to all the legal question then Police alleged false case against law student. law student sought that quash the FIR and take appropriate action against those Police Officer.

Problem in India is that FIR is seen as written death order that is why victims are harrased and police workers are reluctant to register an FIR because of laziness. On top of that, police feel entitled to harrass the victims and threathen them. its a sad reality. CCTV and its footage should be made live and recorded in central repository so that everyone can access the footage at will. Common man shouldn't be a position to beg the authorities to release the footage.
