Fun story, as a kid my sister was walking downtown with her teen friends one afternoon, they were swearing, by the time she got home someone from our church had called mum and told her. The biggest thing is that this riding use to by a NDP anchor riding because of GM. THE NDP are a very distant 3rd. NDP and liberals combined don't add to the Conservatives. Remember Trudeau personally backed this liberal candidate and held an endorsement event at a microbrewery event in Bowmanville.

With 68% of the polls reported Jivani has 55% of the vote. That outperforms O'Toole's 46% in 2021 and 42% in 2019.
