Durham Cathedral visit May 2024

Durham Cathedral 1093 -1133 walk it was built to replace an Anglo-Saxon White Church. St Cuthbert,s 634/635 - 687 AD shrine is there . The Cathedral has had the first two Harry Potter films done in the cloisters The Philosopher,s Stone 2001 and The Camber Of Secrets 2002,also the Avengers - Endgame 2019. The Cathedral is one of the finest in the country and well worth visiting.
