榴槤控的朋友必試!满满榴莲香,顺滑柔软,绵密的口感,
材料: Ingredients:
4粒 鸡蛋白 - 4 eggs whites
2汤匙 柠檬汁 2 tbsp Lemon juice
50克 幼砂糖 - 50g Caster sugar(适用于做糕点)
500克 奶油芝士 - 500g Cream Cheese
100克 牛油 - 100g Butter
300克 榴莲肉 - 300g Durian meat
4粒 鸡蛋黄 - 4 egg yolks
200克 鮮奶油 - 200g Whipping cream
300克 榴莲肉 - 300g Durian meat
50克 玉米粉 - 50g corn flour
9英寸 蛋糕圆模具 - 9’inch Round cake tin
烤箱预热至摄氏180度 - Preheat oven to 180°c
(水浴法/隔水烤:180°C 烤20分钟 - (Water bath:180°C baked 20minute
20钟过后 - 20 minutes later
降低 160°C 烤40分钟 - Turn down 160°C baked 40minute
*每个烤箱火力不同,请根据自家烤箱调内部温度(用烤箱温度计测量准确)。

Burnt cheesecake..must put into the fridge cold2 baru sedap! Very easy to make..all throw inside and blend..then bake..kautim!😋😋

TQ Auntie Liew and Susan, I learnt a new water bath way to bake cake. I normally wrap foil and place direct in water. After watching your video, I can safe on foil now. TQ Susan.

That is known as Bain Marie method. The steam helps to soften the cake so don't try to save on foil.For many cakes, this is still a good way.

单眼看就觉得这 recipe 很 perfect 了,看都觉得好吃的,而且少油少糖,明天我要去买猫山王来做一定很香很好吃,之前我 cousin 有一次用我送他女儿的猫山王做回一个鸡蛋糕给我,第一次吃猫山王做的蛋糕味道是超香超好吃的。

I don put sugar & the cake already very sweet. Best to wipe the knife with paper towel each time the cake is cut.

Rebecca , u have a correct attitude. The knife to be dipped in hot water is not something new. Our Colonial Days British Home Science teacher always stressed on this even when slicing plain butter cake. Why so selfish?. Thank you for sharing with those viewers who have no.idea of it.

我做了几次kampung durian做cheesecake 完全没有问题……比起其他猫山王,个人觉得用什么榴莲都可以,问题是做的skill 和烤箱捉得好就成功了😅

Aunty Liew, just want to let you know that in your recipe description the 300g of Durian is shown twice therefore your viewers might use 600g of Durian instead of the 300g Durian used in Susan’s video demonstration. Auntie Liew and Susan, thanks for sharing your Durian Cheese Cake, next time, pour some hot water into a tall jar or tall glass, dip the knife in the hot water, wipe dry and cut the cheese cake. Have to repeat it each time you cut the cheese cake, otherwise it will look dirty on the second cut. I learn from the hard way as my friend refused to teach me as she learnt it from her nephew who was working in a Cafe, not the owner. I am willing to teach anyone who is interested and provided I know. Happy Baking !!
