@@hangzhao8060 說客家也行，但其實不止客家人作粿，原住民也作，只是用的詞不同而已，日本人叫麻糬，而蒸熟的粿加了糖再搗過，就是所謂的麻糬皮(包了餡就是市面的麻糬了)。湯圓皮不懂的人會加水去成糰，那是錯的，煮出來的湯圓皮會又爛又糊不會Q；得像小哥這樣用蒸熟的粿當黏著劑，讓乾燥的米漿(台灣閩南語叫粿切)成糰。

Debes de entender que ellos no hablan español y por lo tanto dudo mucho que puedan traducir lo que ellos dicen a nuestro idioma. Sólo una persona externa puede hacerlo y dudo mas no niego que alguien hable español y chino aquí, e incluso si lo hace dudo que quiera gastar su tiempo colocando los subtítulos.
