Durkheim: Symbols & Society

I used Durkheim to analyse Australian football fans in a blog www.theroar.com.au/2014/03/15/totems-clans-and-afl-fans/. If you didn't like this lecture, you'll probably agree with one commentator who wrote the "most pretentious rubbish I have ever read on a sports blog" or, more pointedly, another who wrote it "WAS the most CRAP I have ever read" :)
