This would be a very good time to do a cam upgrade such as a 188/220. The fan relay wiring is quite normal to get destroyed like that, the idea of running it in front of the fan with just enough room doesn’t usually end well.

When I got my 06, the turbo looked just like that one lol... and was missing a chunk from a valve. Also from an auction lol. And now you got the wrong injectors being an earlier engine.

Looking at the past videos wasn’t the turbo in great condition before the silencer ring was removed? All that turbo damage looks fresh. But awesome build man have a similar setup on my 06

6.Oh_ Mack a ficm is a fuel injector control module. Dont want to play around with one of those if its bad. Also look into an IPR or ICP for sputtering symptoms. And always replace your degas bottle cap when u buy a 6.0 !!
