The flare makes me wonder if they might add night battles at some point and have some night vision attachments for the weapons, like they have in GFL1. One of my favorite things in the original X-Com (that I don't think made it into the Firaxis remake) was throwing lights out into the darkness and revealing aliens in the shadows, which then made them targetable.

As usual, going strictly for meta IMO is just a waste because there are a lot of options already. Most people managed to get Suomi, Maki or both, so they're pretty much set for one team. The standard and free units are plenty strong so I won't waste my pulls for "meta" if I don't like the character. The game's a waifu collector first, so if I like the doll I get her, simple as that. The next banner is revealed before the current ends anyways, so I can choose that way if needed. Only thing I'll be more mindful is that if I lose my 50/50, so I'll keep it for a really good waifu like Mechty (my energy drink sleepy spirit animal :3) or Klukay because MOTORCYCLE

Well the good thing is, her break-points for rolling are either V0 or V6 due to how dupe heavy she is (at least according to CN). So for all dolphins and F2P just get her V0 only if you like her, otherwise just slot in another dps.

@@fockythefrog8516 I already have Ksenia v6 and maxed, QJ v3 s4, and Tololo v2 s5. I plan to pull atleast v1/v2 for the rest of fire/water team when they release, and v6 Klukay for corrosion. Ill just grab a v0 Dushe because it's better than any support for Makiatto.

if you're F2p, you shouldn't force it if you lose 50/50 for a doll that you might not need for your already completed teams which can comfortably clear contents. it would be too late to regret when a nice waifu which might also be crazy strong show up and you don't have enough pull for them like Spring Field or Centaruissi. (sure there might rerun for them, but so does this Ice Sniper Support doll)

Just do the dailies on auto, if you do plan to come back to the game in the future... that way the Crystals will keep stacking until you feel like actually coming back. If you don't plan to come back to it just uninstall it and move on, there are a bunch of gacha games, you will probably find the one for you.

Well, obviously the launch hype is over and tourists have moved on, but GFL has been historically pretty damn good at not dying. No worries on that front. Now, your statement contradics itself. While gacha system is almost as ass as in GI, the fact that banners last this long allows players to accumulate resources, whic alleviates the problem with subpar pull rates.
