does the dussak have the samephilopsfy as the Zweihander sword? I mean: Mittelhau unterhau-overhau etc... the thrust I am new into this and i feel like the flow goes somethike this: in a defensive situation: Mittelhau mittelhau unterhau and the counterstrike with overhau and come back with unterhau i don't know i just learned this moves from practicing 2 handed sword drills, i give the same names when practacing with the single handed sword arming sword or dussak.

The terminology is mostly equal. Joachim Meyer (german fencing master from 1570) wrote a book about various weapons that all fit into the same system.

@ yes i know, i've made some research about him, his style of fencing is based a bit on Liechtenawer's.

Find ich trotzdem super das ihr euch so rein hängt solltest du mal nach Nürnberg kommen gibt es eine Adresse die ich dir empfehlen kann wenn es um denn Dussack geht Wolfgang Träger wird dir weiter helfen können!

Ich meine ich halte dich für einen guten Lehrer und durch deine KZbin Beiträge merkt man das dir die Sache sehr am Herzen liegt aber ich meine das Sparring sieht etwas konfus aus ohne Plan wo bleibt da das strukturierte Arbeiten aus der die Überlegenheit hervorgeht! Joachim Mayer hat doch genug Stücke mit dem Dussack beschrieben!

Stücke werden sicher in Zukunft folgen. Es ist halt einfach ein Sparringskampf und ich muss dazu sagen das Dussack im Gegensatz zum Schwert in der Tat etwas "wurschteliger" ist. Wir geben uns Mühe, üben fleissig weiter und lassen Euch auch weiterhin an unseren Fortschritten teil haben :)
