God I love how smooth Papyrus's movements are here, and not too exaggerated most of the time too. The main gimmick of the FIGHT button is cool, and a unique concept as far as im aware. Although having played this a little myself it did start to feel frustrating when I realised that it basically rendered certain turns as brick walls to progress, making progress a snails pace.

It's silly how people complains about sans remembering resets, yes it might be so cringe due the fandom back in 2015-2018 but its completly fine since murder/dust sans is a whole glitch, getting determination when he shouldn't have it, remember stuff and with the fun it can makes wacky stuff

My overall rating for this fangame would definitely be a 7/10 (would be an 8/10 if the name was "Dustbelief: Snowdin crusade" or something less janky like "terrible story", cause that just sounds like an intentionally mediocre fanfiction.) My main complaint would be the choice of dialogue & grammatical mistakes, but an english translator with a general grasp of undertale would easily be able to fix this issue. In addition, I'd like to see the sprites & effects get enhanced a slight bit for the sake of atmosphere (notably some rushing snowy wind since we're in snowdin & maybe have the arm where papyrus holds his blade shake a bit, to give it a bit more personality.) This has got to be much better than the majority of barrage fests I've seen so far, and the combination of mechanics & attacks are definitely something to write home about... really I'd expand this to be an entire fangame to take place from the start to snowdin given they have the time & resources to do so, before doing a "to be continued" type deal, inspiring people to read the dustbelief comic. But as a single fight type of fangame, this is just enough to keep me entertained.
