As much as I would love to believe that this is genuine (bc that would be hysterical), I think this is clearly a case of the devs taking those sweet gubmet dollars but making a game that totally takes the piss (which, tbh, is equally hilarious and super based). It's just way too self-aware (e.g. with the whole bullying and canceling thing); and considering how obsessed the "woke" Left is with optics and managing language and public perception, I just don't see one of those people creating something like this with genuine intent. What's happening now is not remotely new. Two fascinating time periods I recommend for some great insight into what's currently happening in the west: The 1920s Bolshevik revolution in Russia, and the Weimar Republic period in Germany.
