I remember this moment like it was yesterday. I was sitting on my bed watching a small TV screen and the moment Penner scored I screamed so loud I woke the neighbors. I proceeded to run out into the hallway to wake my parents to tell them we, the Kings, were going to the Stanley Cup Finals. This was one of the greatest moments I have ever experienced. My mom cries every time we talk about it, she has been a fan the whole franchise. Kings fans, were going for number two.

I was this game, and after being a season seat holder since 1982; it has been the high point of my Kings XP in person (I MISSED the Cup Clinching game). It was great! Kings fans were everywhere. We nearly made as much noise as the PHX fans.

I cheered both for the Canucks and the Kings in 2012...it was the hardest moment for me emotionally. I supported the Kings all the way because they beat Phoenix who got fucking lucky and also destroyed NJ.

Been a Kings fan since '68 and imho still think the Ducks would have beat the Kings if Penner was still with them. How could a +24 player piss a team off so much that they trade him. Kings win even when they are not playing. GKG But Penner's sense of humor is great, when upon being traded to the Caps says he'll babysit the President's kids if needed. Rich. Penner scored some really clutch goals to get the Kings to the Finals.

Been around since 1967 mate, that's 46 years, we've got real fans, always have, always will, and we'll also always have that Cup banner to hang. Ever since I first watched hockey, which was well over a decade ago now, back when we were the worst in the west, I've been a Kings fan. Can you really say so yourself?

You guys in CHI should know about that being 24th, 23rd, 24th, 27th, 29th, and 29th in league attendance in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008 respectively. I thought you were supposed to be fans of a team and not an owner. I was born in CHI, so I'm happy for the Blackhawks, but you guys are the bandwagon kings.

Because 16-4 in the playoffs is fully a fluke right? And going 10-1 on the road is just complete luck? And going 4-0 in overtime games is just fluking it? What about outscoring your opponents 57-32? Definitely a fluke? As for the Bruins, you could argue that they're fluky, having all those game 7s, but at the same time, that shows their tenacity, and ability to perform under pressure. Let me guess, Coyotes fan?
