The most vivid memory i have of that game 7 was chanting "THIS IS OUR HOUSE!!!" In Anaheim with 1,000's of fellow die hard Kings fans. It was beautiful.

One of the best parts of that end of Game 7 in the "Battle for So Cal", was the Kings giving one final salute tonthe now-retired Teemu Selanne. I was there for that Game 7, and it really felt more like a Kings home game than a Ducks home game. It really stamped "Kings of California" home.

Me too! The game, the energy and sound from the overwhelming number of Kings' fans, all of it was awesome. And it made me teary-eyed how everyone let go of their team affiliation for a while (even the Kings) and showed their respect for an amazing player, Selanne.

All seriousness aside, the fact that Game 7 sounded like a home game for us made it that much easier on my ears, as I was listening in through the Kings Radio Network (no Brian Hayward for me!). Just hearing the Kings fans being much louder than Ducks fans during that game made me crack up.

I know it's a different sport, but a few years later the LA Chargers just felt the same thing the Ducks did in that series. It must suck for them to have the visiting team fans be more louder than the home fans! And that was in all of their home games.

LA Kings fans are the best. As a diehard Kings fan my whole life we own Honda Center Ducks fans got nothing on Kings fans. What an amazing series this was.

Cogliano too. He said it sucks to hear the support for the Kings in honda center. I went to a game last month, at honda center and the kings fans were easily as loud as the ducks fans, and the ducks fans didn't start to cheer and chant until the Kings fans started. Only team in the league that has to battle the visiting fans to have the loudest chants.

Kenny Lee I live in Anaheim and I'm a Kings fan. The reputation that Ducks fans have in my mind, is that they bitch about calls never going their way, and how they deserve to win every game. I feel like that's all Heyward and his entitlement mentality. I don't hate the Ducks, I don't even hate Ducks fans, but it's a bummer having to get an earful of how it's always the officials fault.

***** You said it best. You pointed about Brian "Bias" Hayward and the delusional Ducks fans. Those are only two reasons why I hate the Ducks. Heck, Flyers fans aren't even like this. They may be disrespectful but at least they are passionate and I never heard them complaining about missed calls or other B.S. With that being said, the Ducks just need to get rid of Hayward and find a new color analyst.

Kenny Lee When I went to a ducks/kings game this season, I also learned why the ducks fans think kings fans are idiots. Team always do the quiz things between periods. But what the ducks did was just sad. Theu had a ducks fan, and a Kings 'fan' answer questions. Kings fan was asked basic questions, that even my sister, who isn't a hockey fan in the least, can answer. What a hat trick means, and how many periods are in a game. This guy chooses the options 33 saves, a 2 periods. But he was an actor.l, and a bad one. He looked like he was being fed lines and delivered them horribly. Meanwhile, the ducks fan was asked only questions a real die hard fan would be asked. I don't remember them, but they weren't easy like the kings 'fan' questions. And of course, all the ducks fans in the building bought into it. Guy sitting in front of me thought it was the funniest thing. But, it became even more obvious that it was fake, when the next two quiz things happened. Because the kings fans and ducks fans got some right and got some wrong, and all the questions were remotely difficult, even for a die hard hockey fan. It was pathetic. But yeah, hayward doesn't help. He's the jack edwards of the west. Can't stand the guy.

Fun facts: Donald Ducks have 3 game 7 at home under Bruce Failure Beaudreaux. They lost all 3 games 7 to Chicago, Detroit, and Los Angeles. Beaudreaux went to Minnesotta and now they fired him. Everywhere he goes, failure fellows him. DOH!

I wish the ducks would have won but game 1 is one of the best hockey games in recent years and last year we didn't get it and now the ducks are the ones who are not in the playoff spot but hopefully this year hopefully we get a rematch.

+Joey Harris I'm actually a extremely loyal Hockey fan in General. But ya you are right Ducks fans need to be a lot more loyal and there are loyal fans and are fanbase is growing but I think a lot more of us need to show up at games more and my biggest gripe is Alot of the fans need to be a lot louder at are games. You probably notice that at kings games no matter how many goals you are down by you always are loud and know they are able to come back.
