IJ on trial. The verdict is if you follow the Bible that the work of Christ was finished at the cross. When you expect Jesus you are made whole and holy. You are seated with Jesus in the heavenly’s at the right hand of God. There is no IJ because you can’t judge someone who has already been made clean by Jesus. So IJ doesn’t pass trial and should be thrown on the fire and counted a false doctrine.

To respond to NoSundayLaw below: Jesus said paraphrased, the way to heaven is narrow and few there will be that find it and the way to destruction is Broad and many there will be that find it. The Sabbath is a Remnant message. The SDA Doctrine is a Remnant Doctrine. I was somebody who was teetering on the Sabbath some years ago. Then I read Ezekiel 20. The Holy Spirit opened up my mind to everything related to the Sabbath. Maranatha!

How many people we're saved out of the old world, the Antebellum world? Was it not eight? How many people we're saved to Canaan from Egypt? Wasn't the number very few? Most died in the wilderness that actually left Egypt? Throughout the Bible there has always been a remnant. Only a Revenant stood when commanded to bow down to Nebuchadnezzar's Idol. Wasn't it not three out of all Israel and Babylon? I can go on and on. So the remnant message of the Sabbath and the Sunday law will be revealed to few. Like Noah they will reveal it to the entire world; but few will accept it. Maranatha!

52:00 They also use the response that Jesus is our Mediator if we sin as their final argument. Yes, this is true. But, our church also teaches that during the time of trouble we will be without a mediator and we will be left to stand on our own. That time of trouble could happen at any time! The most dominant subject matter in the entire Bible is a call to obedience. None of us can afford to neglect these warnings. Here is a quote from Spirit of Prophecy... "Says the prophet: “Who may abide the day of His coming? and who shall stand when He appeareth? for He is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap: and He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and He shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.” Malachi 3:2, 3. Those who are living upon the earth when the intercession of Christ shall cease in the sanctuary above are to stand in the sight of a holy God without a mediator. Their robes must be spotless, their characters must be purified from sin by the blood of sprinkling. Through the grace of God and their own diligent effort they must be conquerors in the battle with evil. While the investigative judgment is going forward in heaven, while the sins of penitent believers are being removed from the sanctuary, there is to be a special work of purification, of putting away of sin, among God’s people upon earth. This work is more clearly presented in the messages of Revelation 14. {CIHS 153.1}"

First Jesus will never leave us or for sake us. He finished his work at the cross. We will never have to stand on our own. The Holy Spirit will always be with us to guid us. 2nd EGW books are not the spirit of prophecy. Revelation is very plain that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. So those who are in Christ have the testimony of Jesus.

Noah: 2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; The Greek word for preacher is better translated “herald”. We aren’t given the content of what Noah preached other than the mention of “righteousness,” but we can get an idea from this passage: Genesis 6:11-12 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. Apocryphal books such as Jubilees and works like Josephus’ Antiquities contain mentions of Noah’s preaching. Ancient history - the Sibylline Oracles-describes Noah’s preaching in this way: “Single among all men, most just and true, was the most faithful Noah, full of care for noblest works. And to him God himself from heaven thus spoke: ‘Noah, be of good cheer in thyself and to all the people preach repentance, so that they may all be saved. But if, with shameless soul, they heed me not The whole race I will utterly destroy”’ (Book I, lines 155-161). Knowing that Noah was a preacher proclaiming God's truth in some form to the people of his day and given his godly character, we can assume Noah preached about the approaching flood and the need to repent. Furthermore, offering the world such a warning would be in keeping with God's character, since God typically gives opportunity for repentance prior to His judgments.

And, would it also seem that the Bible reveals that some understandings "of God" came to a small sect of people that much of the rest of world was oblivious too. Noah had this message and the whole antediluvian world rejected it much like the Christian world of today rejects the 7th day Sabbath and proclaims that the laws of God are nailed to the cross.

Consider this. If something as dramatic as the whole concept of the close of a supposed probation period (and the ending of a supposed investigative judgement) and a coming universal Sunday Law following where Christians attending church on Sundays will suddenly be damned forever, then surely it would be described *directly* in the Bible. *Wouldn't a loving God want to let others know about this doctrine if it were true* ? Yet no one outside of Seventh-day Adventism has ever found these doctrines in the Word of God.

It takes a deep study of the Bible. Isaiah 28:10-13. You don't need to be an SDA to determine this for yourself. You don't need to read Ellen G White to know this for yourself. The Bible is clear... 2 Tim 2:15. "Study to show yourself approved...". It is all throughout the Bible. Ezekiel 20 separates the Sabbath from the other commandments 5 times so as to show a greater purpose. The 3 Angels Message (Rev 14) speaks about the Sabbath and worship. If you consider that the Bible is a book of opposites (Good and evil) and that deception is a dominating force in the world, you will search the scriptures looking for these opposites in our world. There are so many comments from RCC (and their subsidiaries) conserning Sunday as "their mark". I heard a new one just the other day. It was an affiliate organization (not a Pope, Bishop or priest) call Sunday the mark of authority. Why use this word "mark"? Why not use "definition, establishment of, pronouncement of". Why use the very word in Revelation that talks about the "mark of the beast". Some scriptures to study... Rev 12:17; Rev 14:12; Rev 22:14; John 14:15-16; John 14:21; John 14:24; John 15:10; 1 John 2:3-4; 1 John 3:22; 1 John 5:2-3; Anonymous quote... "When a law is once enacted by Proper Authority (God on Mt Sinai), it must remain in force until that Same Authority (God) repeals it; and the repeal must be as plainly stated (and as easily understood) as the original enactment." If we use the Bible and the Bible only, we will find no alteration to the Commandments that is "plainly and clearly stated and easily understood". All the reformers saw the Papal system as the beast. The Papal system acknowledges that they have changed the Sabbath (among others) and have added dogmas that place themselves on a higher or equal plain with God. I didn't learn any of this from the SDA church. If worship is going to be key in the end times; the Sabbath is central to our worship... Sunday is central to Papal worship (soon environment rest day). This is just a short defense for the question you brought up. I can provide much more. Maranatha!

@@qhazwel The real problem is that there is *no mention at all* in the Bible about a supposed coming Sunday law. This notion cannot be exegeted from scripture in a plain, straightforward manner. It cannot done. You quoted Revelation chapter 14. If you read it there is no mention of the Sabbath or a Sunday law. Regarding worshiping God it simply says this: v7 "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water." v9 And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand." The challenge for Adventists is to make the case for the Sunday law *without engaging in extensive eisegesis* . However this is essentially an impossible task. This is why you already said that *"it takes a deep dive in the Bible"* to derive this doctrine. In order for SDAs to come up with their own unique understandings, they will to spend a great deal of time attempting to do this, often having to bring in multiple unrelated passages and extra-biblical history in attempt to weave a story together that seemingly makes their case. But it takes days upon days at one of their "Revelation Seminars" to slowly make their point which then ends in a call to come out of your "Sunday Keeping" churches and start keeping the true Sabbath. At this point Protestants, Evangelicals and of course the always evil Catholics then become the real enemy and are labeled as "apostate Christianity" and "Babylon". The SDA book The Great Controversy itself is actually a warfare doctrine that pits the rest of Christendom against those who keep the old covenant Sabbath. My observation is that many Adventists too easily just accept theses sorts of things without giving it much thought, and it is because they don't require clear straightforward proof-passages that are plain and unambiguous in their meaning. Rather they build upon concepts that are often imagined. For example they all believe that Noah preached doom and gloom to his contemporaries. But when you read the Genesis account there is no mention at all that Noah was commanded to preach about an impending flood, he was simply told to build a boat to save him and his family alone, along with the animals. (If Noah was commanded to preach, he failed miserably for he did not convince a single soul). Yet Adventist theology builds up this whole story without any biblical support, and this is what occurs with the notion of a coming Sunday law. Adventists will string together various passages to come up with this doctrine. The key notion that SDAs base their entire scenario upon is Rev 14:12 " Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus." These "commandments of God" are immediately interpreted to be the Ten Commandments, and then the 4th commandment is then singled out as the main focal point. The end time test is about this single issue. There is no consideration is given to the other nine commandments and no thought is given to the new covenant commandments such as to love one another. The Sabbath keepers are then turned into a persecuted minority, with the supposed persecutions coming from Christians rather than by those who have historically persecuted Christians, and those who currently do. All of this is entirely unbiblical but it can impressed upon those who don't know any better. Below is brief counter-example to show how to manipulate a doctrine to suit a certain scenario using the same texts as SDAs employ: For example, we could use the same Revelation 14 passage to insinuate that there is a coming *Friday law* could we not? I mean why do we need a Sunday law to differentiate between those who keep the commandments of God and those who don't? After all, Sabbath keepers could still suffer the same fate that they imagine will happen to them if we use some other day of the week being forced upon them. And just because there is no mention at all of a coming Friday law in the bible, it doesn't mean that we can't make it work using the same *fill-in-the-blank hermeneutic* that Adventists use. We could find passages and extra-biblical history that suggest that the Muslims, via the Ottoman empire resurrected, were going to enforce such a Friday law on everyone in the future. We could probably use the same passages out of Daniel to make the little horn into a proto-Muslim leader like the SDAs make it into the Roman Catholic church. And then we could publish a "Great Controversy Part 2" over this topic, where the Sabbath is still the issue, and hand out pamphlets and do Revelation seminars to introduce this idea *to an audience who doesn't require any real proof-passage about a coming Friday Law* . People would probably believe this concept much more readily in our current state of affairs. So are artificial arguments like the Sunday law helpful in any way? No they are not, and SDAs don't realize just how much damage these false doctrines do to the cause of Christ. Most SDAs have *no clue at all* as to just how offensive the Sunday law notion is to the rest of us who actually understand what this doctrine entails and implies. Certainly protestant churches have their differences, however you don't see them labeling and calling other denominations "apostates" and "Babylon." (An apostate is worse than a label of a cult because it implies that one has stepped away from God and is damned). Also, when a denomination calls itself the "true church" *they are implying that all the others are false* . This is not exactly a winsome self-declaration. Ultimately the Sunday law doctrine is incredibly divisive for it leads Adventists to mistrust and be suspicious of the rest of the Body of Christ. My prayer is that one day soon the Seventh-day Adventist denomination will reconsider and renounce their doctrines that divide

So the audience is clear. Back in around 1890 or thereabouts the United States was in turmoil over whether they should instigate a Sunday law. It didn't happen Nationwide. However the Sunday law is on the books of many of our United States.. and throughout the world. Many countries at this moment are calling for a Sunday day of worship mandatory for the environment. The papacy is calling for a Sunday day of rest for the environment. If you look up blue laws Wikipedia you will find that many of the countries throughout the world have had Sunday laws on their books for centuries. Don't let people like this fool you into believing that there is no relevance to Sunday worship in end time prophecy. Maranatha! :-)

@@qhazwel Of course the Blair Bill was defeated, way back in 1888. The trend over the past four decades has been to repeal many blue laws. Any attempt today at introducing such a bill in the U.S. Congress for a national law would be laughed at. Such a law would be blatantly unconstitutional under the Establishment Clause. Even if such a bill passed Congress, it would be immediately stayed by the courts and struck down soon thereafter.

The glory represents Christ as reflected in the law (2 Cor. 3:18; 4:4). The inability of the Jews to continue to gaze on the shining face of Moses is simply used by Paul as an analogy of their failure to see Christ reflected in and foreshadowed by the law. The law was to them the "ministration of death" because they could not see Christ in all this. They depended on themselves, and their legalism amounted to law breaking and were condemned to death by the law. The ministration of death as the administration (use) of the law, the legalistic manner in which it is ministered, associated with a failure to see Christ reflected in it.

It was after the Great Disappointment in 1844 the church was purified and the remnant that remained faithful went back to the scriptures to discover where they went wrong. When Jesus did not return in 1844 the scoffers believed the teachings were a result of mistaken theology. But the prophecy of Daniel 9 is very clear and this is the only clue we have as to what happened in 1844, the end of the 2300 day/year prophecy, the cleansing of the sanctuary. The remnant discovered that there is a heavenly sanctuary and Jesus as our High priest according to Hebrews 8 is ministering in our behalf in the heavenly sanctuary They also discovered the end-time 3 Angels messages that were to be preached at this time. These messages could not have been preached earlier because the judgment didn’t begin until 1844 at the end of the 2300 day/year prophecy (or at the time of the end).

Wrong, but thanks for playing. Weird Millerite religious freaks climbed onto roofs wearing ascension robes waiting for Jesus. That weird freakish mind set is still in every Adventist freak. Miller recanted and admitted he was wrong. He was a village idiot and a false prophet who would have been stoned to death in the days of prophets. Ellen and her twin sister Elizabeth, who never became an Adventist cultist, and their freak parents were kicked out of the Chestnut Street Methodist church in Portland Maine because they stood and interrupted the pastor to proclaim the Miller message. An ignorant farmer with a King James Bible and a concordance and a fascination with the numeral seven. This craziness is the foundation of the Adventist demonic cult. Ellen pontificated God hid the truth from her and the other freaks in order to test them. Test their loyalty. Adventists view themselves as dogs who must be loyal to their caretaker. Obedience like a dog. Here’s the apostle Paul warning the church about Adventists. “ Look 👀 out for the dogs, the evil doers, the mutilators of the flesh. For we are the circumcision who worship by the Spirit, and glory in Christ and place no confidence in the flesh.” Paul considered his pre conversion law keeping to have the value of fecal matter. The Adventist abomination has the value of fecal matter. Adventists are a scourge upon the earth. There’s a special place in eternal hell waiting for them. Happy sabbath
