I want to explain something I notice when I did boxing last time, the way that they hit pads when only striking is not suppose to be the way that the fighter fight, what I mean mostly in boxing gym I trained when coach gives any pad drill mostly without blocks or very minimum defense, but when overall fight in general suppose to be similar to this vid

Suppose to be correct stance, defense then after going to offensive, take it slow, but hit fast and aggressive, but not going instantly to offensive, must take it slow first, for taking it slow first the defense must be ready to go for offensive
