I just got my KO edition in the mail, was honestly better and hotter than I expected. I have everything from ketchup to the last dab apollo in my fridge and this sauce is good, seems like it'll be good on eggs and meat dishes. EDIT: Dustin cooks just like me lol doesn't measure shit just throws it all together I guess it's a Louisiana thing lol.

Dustin comes across really well. I'd watch his cooking show! I'm from Louisiana, but I live in Japan. I miss Louisiana cuisine and the seasonings. 😩 They're not big on seasoning over here. They don't eat crawfish at all, nor catfish. There aren't but limited kinds of sausages. 😭 But watching Dustin cook got me to search down some Tony Chachere's online (b/c they don't sell them in stores). Cost me 20 bucks, but I need that taste of home!

I was a cook/chef for about a decade and any time I see a regular dude cutting vegetables I cringe but Dustin seemed to have some descent form compared to the other nightmarish close-ups I've seen of guys lifting the nose of the knife all the way off the board and cutting towards their exposed thumbs/fingers.
