@@CityLover117 it def doesn't matter, I smoke a pack a day and haven't run a sub 7min mile in 10 years 🤣, I'm still fit but def not in great shape, and I can still hold my breath for over a min regularly and over 90 seconds if I go under the water. Dunno why it's harder to hold ur breath out of the water, or at least it is for me lol
