This song is me and baby boys song. Had listened to this ever since I met his father and ever since I was pregnant with my first born. The midwife told me during labour to think about what is the best thing that'll get me through the pain of contractions and birth. Then when I thought bout the future with my partner and baby and how life was gonna be for our little family. this song came up in my head and I started singing it. It reminded me of my love for my partner and my son that I already was connected to during the whole pregnancy❤️🤧🌹.

Hey man! Glad your enjoying! The one in the choruses is an old premiere snare tuned down a bit, it's then doubled with itself later on but tuned to more of a note and hitting near the skin right near the rims so you get that really open resonant note sound. The drum was a wreck, really old head etc.. I couldn't get it sounding 'good' in the room.. but it works in the track. :) Hope that helps!

Thanks for the quick respond! im trying to get a similar sound in my song that im working on at the moment :) on the verses is it only the strumming of the acoustic guitar on beats 2 and 4? or you used a sample together with it? and in the song "Bones" what did you used as snare(beats 2 and 4) in the choruses? on the verses is it again strumming + a sample? sorry for all the questions :) i'm really learning a lot from your songs!
