splash water in your bowl and stir it around to make a super weak tea or soup, then drink it. You need the water, you clean your bowl and you get the last crumbs of food.

Quite impressive the day you and Ron put in - holy moly. And even though you both were tired, your great positive energy always comes through. Not sure many people understand how hard it is to not only do the ride, but do the video as well - very taxing/difficult, you make it look easy. I backpack a lot and have started to use Peak Refuel meals - a lot more calories and I think they have vegetarian options. You guys are crushing it, can't believe some of the 'hiking' trails you are riding! Look forward to more adventures. Awesome! (edit - we also love Good to Go meals, lots more vegan/vegetarian options. You won't find a better meal than their Thai Curry, believe me I have tried hundreds of different meals, this is the best).
