That's my question. I have a 2014 Silverado with the Bose system but it does not have Android Auto/carplay. Was wondering if you can use this device without it?

Great video. But you keep saying you’re using CarPlay. You’re actually using Android Auto because you have a Android device don’t you?

For the price of it you can get an aftermarket android head unit that will do car-play and android auto and it will still be cheaper.

The catch with this unit is the video projection (KZbin, Netflix ...)

I guarantee you wrote this comment from a device that uses components entirely made in China. Your phone, computer, TV, you name it, are only affordable because of them. Unfortunately, our economies depend on each other due to this. It might eventually be our downfall, but right now there is no way around it. So, if you like it, you may as well buy it. China already has all your passwords🤣🤣
