Hello. What version did you get? There are 3 variants (region), for North America, Europe/Asia and Japan. When you put your SIM it should work right away if it has data on it. You can also double check the APN settings for AT&T under Settings.

Hello. Do you have factory wired CarPlay? When you connect the Ottocast P3, what does it show on your car screen? If you're using USB type C, try connecting the USB cable the other way around.
