I looked at the description, and what I could say is that this is genius! It's one of the most creative things I've seen out there, because it makes sense for Papyrus to drop Sans for what he did and go to someone, in this case, the player, but I have a doubt, he knows we've done the genocidal route many, many times?

The idea is a bit far fetched, especially since phantom papyrus isn’t actually papyrus, and more or less just a magical extension made by sans to ease his mind while killing. But the idea is also interesting to an extent, if he were to be papyrus and he were to leave sans for what he’s done, then he would be significantly weaker as he doesn’t get stronger off of sans’s LV. It would be interesting to see how he changes based on when you kill monsters. Would he be an independent attacker like he is with sans at the end or would he be more of a support type? Definitely interesting.

Sprites you see on this video, well, most are done by a friend of mine that helped me with this. I do not know what he uses for his sprites, but for mine, I use pixly (it's an android application). Though I recommend Aseprite.
