My goodness Barbie, you are such a hard worker! You had to wash everything in that kitchen, and there was about a million separate things in there. All those bottles, spices, pots and pans, trash cans, cabinets, stands, boxes, cat hairs and dust bunnies. I believe it took you three full days! I don’t know how you do it. You just get on task and stay on task, one thing after another. And it’s all very logical. Anymore I have a really hard time doing that. I want to go from thing to thing. I do try to do first things first. But you killed it on this cleaning like all the others. This person is blessed you came and gave them this gift. I thought the same thing. Clearly this person actually cooks - this is a working kitchen now, organized and clean. She has good storage solutions but it seems like she was just quickly tossing things aside and also not really doing any cleaning. @@k.6028 I made it a routine to throw away spices and hot sauces if there is less than one third left or if it is older than 2 years. Every time I use a spice I place it in the first row after using it. Once a year I throw away all the stuff in the last row, because I didn't use it. It isn't that expensive to rebuy if needed. Old spices have lost their aroma and are useless. Why keep them?

​@@cleanwithbarbie: Barbie, try some baking soda in water for your reflux. Baking soda makes the water alkaline. This kitchen was a mess. Cat hair and dust stuck in grease, YUCK. You made it look great !!!

​​​@@diannenaworensky6698Sometimes when too many antibiotics from being sick throws out our good gut bacteria (antibiotics kill the good and bad gut bacteria). A teaspoon or more of apple cider vinegar in water or tea for a couple of weeks or here and there. Some like kombucha (haven't tried that yet), real fermented food helps build good gut bacteria back up. Like refrigerated bagged sour kraut or real fermented pickles. Surprisingly alot of what we think are fermented is not anymore. Some yogurts too.

Some add a little cayanne sauce or powder and or a pinch of celtic salt (electrolytes). Black beans have B vitamins (B12 for energy), seaweed wraps or sprinkle over rice has good iodine for an occasional energy boost, sometimes helps our thyroid too.

I have a theory about why the microwaves aren't that dirty. They might be using a paper towel over the food or it's used for food that has covered tops. In my case, I found this neat plastic cover that fits over plates that has stuff that might pop or spatter on it. You can wash it in the sink when it gets dirty. I love that thing!
