Nice video. We are going in 10 days and staying in a 1BG one bedroom concierge suit in the large Key West (Veranda) building True peak season at Beaches T&C is from about June 10 through August 20 - the resort (750 rooms) is usually sold out and there are zero discounts.

Yes, Verandah house is right around the corner from the Italian village. It's maybe a 5 minute walk, or 7-8 if you take it slow.

Did you daugther have a good time? I have a 14 year old teenager. Was wondering hiw teen-friendly it is. Anything teenagers do away from the parents? Do they have separate spaces and activities for teens only?

She had a blast but she's a little younger. That said there are a lot of activities and a fair bit to do for teens. There are water sports, the water park is great for teens, and there are games to play. There's also Club Liquid, but I don't know a lot about it.

Great & informative video. Thank you. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews in the last month, did you have any issues with over crowding, food being “cold” or taking too long, or employees being surly? Trip advisor is brutal….we are looking to go and the reviews have scared us.

We had a great experience and everything was very good. We were there in October when it's quieter, so I can't say what high season is like from January to April, but staff were especially amazing.

Thanks! It's a great place for families. Older kids will likely love the kayaks, snorkeling, or windsurfing. But there's a lot of other stuff to do depending on what they enjoy.

We didn't have any problem with bookings, but this was October. I'd just suggest heading to the dive shop on your first day to book a spot. Early December shouldn't be too packed.
