It feels that you did not do enough due diligence. When paying ANY person, you should make sure the worker pays the others waiting to be remunerated with equity. Politicians that get a lower number of seats at the government always play these childish games, becoming an obstacle to the parties that they don't like (and most of the times it's always the parties that have a far-right attitude). There has been governments that were disbanded before their term because of this. If a politician like Wilders gets elected it is a clear signal that the country is worried about immigration. If the other parties are not willing to consider the issue, they are not listening to a significant part of the population. And there are really big problems with politicians being unable to understand the problem and/or having a concrete plan to solve it. I come from Italy, and my country is a heaven for immigrants, especially African and gypsies. Immigration has been a problem since more than 20 years, with episodes of violence and theft in daylight; it started in the large cities, now it has spread to the smallest towns in the countryside. My family has been targeted by burglars 3 times. And I've seen countless times people getting robbed in the streets. There has always been a few parties that tried to propose heavy measures against immigration; they never had success because of the same competitions in the parliament. And so the problems keep getting worse and worse. Democracy at work, right? Or incompetent politicians that play dumb games like children, exploiting the system, instead of sitting together and becoming aware that the population is suggesting that there is a problem? I am from the Netherlands and I can tell you organized crime is just one of multiple issues that made Wilders party the biggest. Reason number two is the housing crisis. More and more people are unable to get a place to live, as the housing shortage is increasing every year. Asylum seekers also don't find a house easily but many times they are getting a preferential treatment over the natives. More and more youth are unable to start in this market and live with their parents instead of starting a family. Reason number three is Islam, everyone in the Netherlands knows it is dangerous to speak out against Islam, as multiple people in the Netherlands and Europe have been murdered for doing so. The percentage of Islamic people has been rising slowly but steadily. And anyone who knows anything about history knows what will happen if Islam becomes the majority. As it goes now it will take many years still but our grand children might wake up one day and live under Sharia. Just look at the UK where Islam is already more dominant than in the Netherlands for an example. Lastly I need to point out that the people voting for Wilders are mostly right leaning people, even though Wilders party has strong left leaning stances on some subjects. But the left is so occupied by climate change, getting rid of farmers, trying to transfer more national rights to the EU, gender lies and other woke nonsense that they fail to see many more urgent and real threats.

Most people who moved here from Indonesia and Suriname are decent working tax paying citizens and are integrated well into our culture.
