Dutch vowels blow me away. It nice to see another Germanic language that is so close to English, to learn it's Orthography rules that are different from English, but much more regular. Do double vowel letters ever end words in Dutch?

The vidoes are difficult to follow in the beginning and seem really informative and I studied every setence of your video. However, after closer study of phonetics from sources, it have become clear that many guides here are wrong and misleading. I studied this video and then I need to come back and correct parts of the guides it provides. For example [œy̯] cannot be seen as a rounded version of [ei] because [e] is a close-mid front while [œ] is an open-mid front. Many parts of this video is inaccurate.

What about "o" as in "hok"? Edit: according to ipa it also uses ɔ, just like "bom". Yet to me (as a native speaker) the o in "bom" sounds different from the o in "hok"

Your pronunciation of buis and kuiken is unclear and possibly wrong.

Thank you so much for the additonal information on dialectal variation in the new videos. This really helps a lot. I mean as a foreign language learner it is sometimes difficult to decide which variety you should model your accent on. I think it is safe to take the pronunciation of the economic powerhouse of the Netherlands.
