Dutch Schultz was such a very smart man kiddies. People underestimated his capability to make money in a time that the depression really gripped america haveing no money or an assesement to value illegal activities. I mean you'd never do shady stuff in a poor world due to most people living in poverty and it really showed with most people they didn't have any money for poesessions. I think Dutch thought the worst could come upon him that he created this Trunk box money to stay rich just in case something would ever happen to him. Dutch feared the worst soo he created a place around Phoenicia or a close proximity to it so that he could get into his loot or secreted location quickly and get back to his chop house in New Jersey. You quickly get the feeling that Dutch didn't want to lose his profitability mindset so he laid out a plan to create as much wealth as he could do it since he had a need to develop this wealth due to the tax law the government had just created. Who really knows about this secreted location is a mystery it's self and I think only a handful of people knew about it.
