Yeah I agree. Normally I think it's wrong to pretend you don't have a boyfriend but I understand why she did this even if it's not great for them and yet she is allowed to have boundaries but he isn't.

Things kinda were reversed when Kelso took the modeling job and Jackie told him to quit because she did not want anyone else to see him in underwear. The episode still painted him as in the right and Jackie as being crazy. Donna is not trying to cheat on Eric. She is playing a fake character on a radio show where they all flirt with the viewers, whom her real life persona has no interest in. Another way to look at it is that Eric gets to live out the fantasies of any guy who gets a crush on Hot Donno

Legit, most guys with any self respect would present Donna with a choice. She either makes it clear that she's not, in fact, single and available Hot Donna, or they break up right then and there, because it's already clear that her job was gonna be a higher priority than her relationship anyways
