My wife is pinoy, and we have spent alot of visits to the Philippines. We support Duterte 100%. As an American citizen, I see how drugs and crime have impacted my country. Many of the laws and justice were too lax, and allowed it to spread to extreme levels. I hope and pray that the Philippines will implement policies that will prevent that from occurring there. Soft justice tainted with corruption will yield a country more hospitable to criminals , then to the decent and deserving citizen.

Let's face it and people must be realistic. Bongbong Marcos is above the rests of the VPs. His accomplishments as a local politician is tremedous. He followed the path in congress as leader. Once given a seat in the senate as a member and chairman, he continued serving the Filipino people through the national heirarchical framework who successfuly delivered projects after projects to many areas. Although, he claims lucky being a Marcos. He doesn't need to be the son of Ferdinand Marcos to be considered a very good public servant or politician if you trace his qualifications through his own track records. He paved his own way to make a name for himself not because he is the son of the considered best Philippine president. He should be confident and believe in himself he has the making of the future president who can be as good or better than his father or all of the previous presidents.
