I agree with the system of federalism because that is what the developed asian countries and even in Europe are using. I reside in South Korea for over 10 years now and they've been to that system. Every city in their country are enjoying their own income. And they're able to improve their own city without waiting for the approval from the congress under the unitary kind of government for they don't have that. I believe in the new government policies in the form of federalism! The Philippines needs to reform to that kind of governance. Kaya nga walang pagbabago kasi walang binabagong pamahalaan sa bansa. Issues of salaries and poverty and corruption and so on...cannot be changed unless fedelarism will be implemented. Let's support Duterte for that!

Ang problema kase sa unitary is ang revenue sharing. Kaya may mga rebelde sa mga probinsya. Dahil unfair yung sharing ng revenues. Once makolekta ng government yung taxes sa mga tao at negosyo, mapupunta sa central gov sa manila, which decides kung pano iba budget yun, eh me PDAF pa. Anong maiiwan sa probinsya? Kaya metro manila lang ang yayaman. Yung mga Mining at Industrial plants na nag operate sa probinsya, sa Surigao, Agusan, Mountain Province, yung Head office nila registered sa Makati, eh syempre sa Makati ma kolekta yung fees nila, kaya Makati lang yayaman. Kung federalized sana tayo, kung saan nag ooperate yung Plant, dun sya magregister, kase separate federal unit na bawat region. In effect, ang bawat federal region ang responsible sa kaunlaran o kabagsakan ng kanyang lugar, di nya na ma blame ang central gov. Yung mga rebelde na NPA at Moro, titigil na nila yung kanilang pinaglaban, kung nakikita nila maunlad na ang kanilang lugar, educated na ang mga tao, marami nang makitang hanapbuhay, etc. Kase kahit sino presidente, kahit si Duterte pa yan, kahit si Obama pa yan o Merkel, kung Unitary pa rin tayo, WALA RIN. Dapat Federalized na tayo. Mas pabor sa mga Negosyante, mas pabor sa mga magsasaka, mas pabor sa mga professional at laborer, mas pabor sa bawat mamamayan ng buong pilipinas.
