Our entire family used to sit around and enjoy this great series together and I still think of some of the scene's even today. one of the best tv shows of the time. I have been looking around for them for years and will binge watch them over the next few days. Thank you very much for sharing them and bringing back happy memories and making me giggle yet again.

Eric Chappell was the man for ITV comedies back in the day. He wrote at least one series a year starting with Rising Damp 74-78. Only When I Laugh 79-82. Duty Free 83-86. I love them all and i enjoy watching them back to back every few years for a good laugh.

Yes indeed, BA used to be one of the best airlines in the world. I flew (in the early 80s) on a BA to Heathrow on TRI-STAR Lockheed and the service was second to none as well as the food. Oh and as a young boy in my early teens, got invited by the Captain to see the Captain and the flight crew in the cabin. WOW I was in ore.
