This has been one of the best episodes in a long while, really REALLY amazing! With an amazing person getting the surprise, and getting to deliver even more love! It always feel extra special to me to see these good hearths being gifted both, the gift of giving that they clearly enjoy (in this case the help with the blanked demand and getting to meet some of the people face to face) and a gift for them that is close to their own hearth (the broadway and New York trip)

Love this show but what is the deal with the seatbelts (11:04)? Really useless if not across the shoulder....yeah I realize small detail but people like Lucy are few and far between so would be nice to see them remaining safe (that's the dad in me speaking). Curious since ALL doing it was this a call of the production team? If so then may want to re-visit that.
