Hi Britsimon. Suppose someone was pursuing a J1 or H1B, then later, they get selected for DV. 1. Should one proceed with the J1/H1B process, go to US, then attend interview once scheduled? 2. Or does it contravene the immigration laws? KINDLY ADVISE.

Look at the unfairness, in 2022 out of 3802 Nepalese, 3354 were interviewed which is (88%). In 2023, out of 3808 Nepalese, 3430 were interviewed which is (90%). And the same will happen this year. How can that happen? For example take Iraq as an example, in 2023, only 280 were interviewed out of 1300 selectees, which is no more than (22%).
