imagine being one of those people going back to school college work or friends and trying to explain to them you heard songs called paranoid android and karma police by radiohead. these guys heard it like a year before it came out, the number of people who heard those two songs pre any official release cant be more than s million and that might be over generous. It musta been a cool feeling to tell everyone about it then listen to it a year later on ok computer. So awesome

"Hello, we're called Radiohead" No introduction necessary these days eh lads?! Cheers for putting this up - I always love seeing these shows from The Bends era. That was the first Radiohead album I owned and always will retain something a little special.

Thank you so much for this! I was there because I won tickets from WFNX. When they played the winning phone call on the radio, I was freaking out "omg radiohead!" The dj reminded me it was Alanis they were opening for. I responded with "I'm going for Radiohead!" I was the only one standing on my chair and singing all the songs. I still have my t-shirts from that show.

I really dig the early versions of Paranoid Android and Karma Police. I actually like this version of Karma Police better, I like line "mess with me" over "mess with us", I like the higher note / octave for the line, and I like the lyrics in the chorus a little better "She stares at me as if she owns the world and we have crashed her party". Album version is great but just something about this version. I also like the originals of Nude and True Love Waits better. It would be awesome if someday this got remastered, but for now this is awesome.

YES!!! I would have to say the scream at the end of "Climbing Up The Walls" made me shit blood. I went through two rolls of TP trying to make it stop... Nice synthesize at he beginning of CUTW I thought it was Johnny then I realized it was Collin. How things change, sometimes for the better, sometime for the worse... In this case its the better. Amazing to see how much of a better/tighter band Radiohead has become... Nice post....

Drying up in conversation, You will be the one who cannot talk All your insides fall to pieces, You just sit there wishing you could still make love They're the ones who'll hate you When you think you've got the world all sussed out They're the ones who'll spit at you, You will be the one screaming out It's the best thing that you ever had, The best thing that you ever, ever had It's the best thing that you ever had, The best thing you ever had has gone away Don't leave me high . . .
